Go MAD Again @ The Beach was a family fun day at Sandbanks organised by the Circuit Youth Team of the Poole & Swanage Methodist Churches which took place on Saturday 13th June 2009 from 11 am - 3 pm. We moved the Go MAD experience to the beach for the first time last year and had such a positive response (with over 70 people attending) that we decided to give it another go!
The event was aimed at children aged between 7 and 12 years and their families. We were really pleased when about 65 people came along. It was a lovely sunny day and several of us got a bit burnt!
We hired out a reserved section of Sandbanks beach and played all kinds of different games - rounders, relays and of course the sandcastle competition. A good time was had by all!
