Groundbreakers
was a children's holiday club (for 5-11 years) organised by the Churches
Together In Wareham. The club ran every morning from Monday 30th
July to Friday 3rd August from 10 am till 12 noon at Wareham Methodist
Church. It was a week packed full of craft
activities, messy games, high energy action songs and loads of other fun stuff.
We had a great week with about 70 children there each day and a FANTASTIC team of leaders and helpers! The week finished with a disco on the Friday evening and an extra-special Groundbreakers service on Sunday 5th August. The club was called Groundbreakers because every day we saw a short video in which we learnt about a person in the Bible who broke new ground for God. During the week we found out all about: |
