Monsters Stink! Trouble is, monsters can be quite scary too! The aim of our holiday club this time was to help children deal with some of the real-life monsters that they face—like feeling alone, being bullied or getting lost. But above all, as usual, it just had to be MONSTROUSLY GOOD FUN!
Monsters Stink! was a children's holiday club (for children at school aged 5-11 years) organised by Upton Methodist Church. The club ran every morning from Monday 28th July to Friday 1st August 2008 from 10 am till 12 noon. It was a week jam-packed full of monster craft activities, quizzes, songs, stories, Sooty & Sweep and fun and games.
The week wrapped up with an extra-special Monsters Stink! service on Sunday 3rd August at 10:30 am FOR ALL AGES followed by a barbecue lunch.
